How can I order my food?

To order food, you must first create an account. To do so, simply click on "Login" in the upper right corner and then on "Register now". Once you have confirmed your account, you can log in and select your desired meal and the number of servings under "Menu" directly to the left of the dishes. Then click "Save Order" and the website will issue a confirmation.

You can order up to one week in advance and until 11 am on the respective day. It is possible to order up to four portions of a dish, so you can also order for colleagues or guests. You can also change your order directly in the menu when you are logged in. You can cancel your order by setting the number of desired portions to zero.

How can I pay for my meal?

You can pay for your meal on the spot when you pick it up. You can only pay with a giro or credit card at our restaurant. Payment with cash is not possible.

Can I change my order?

You can change your order until 11 am on the day of the meal. After that, please inform us by phone: +49 3641 532-1122

Can I visit the nucleus even if I am not working at Leibniz-HKI?

The nucleus is open to everyone and anyone can have lunch, coffee, and cake here. We hope that a new place of togetherness and exchange will emerge here on the Beutenberg.
